Osteoarthritis Bilateral knee (Right > Left)

A 72 years female came with C/O B/L Knee pain (Right> Left) Difficulty in walking Low back ache

Duration of complaint 5 years But the pain has increased in severity from 6 months

Associated history of trauma No

History of comorbidity Hypertension Hypothyroidism

On examination MJLT +nt over B/L knee FFD 10 degree ROM 10 to 100 Varus laxity +nt KL grading 3

Xray finding Grade 4 Osteoarthritis B/L knee

Xray B/L knee

Planned for Left knee UKR; as the patient had unicondylar involvement and there was no ligament injury
