SELF DEVELOPMENT AND ASSESSMENT There are three things that are extremely hard 1.Steel 2.Diamond 3.knowing oneself Thus knowing one’s own self is discovering oneself (or)unlocking the “SWOT” analysis.

SWOT analysis as a technique unlocks epitome of success for self development by self analysis where in one shoots at his inner self. The acronym of “SWOT” S stands for STRENGTH W stands for weakness O stands for OPPOORTUNITIES T stands for THREAT

This analysis is a continuous ongoing analysis that one should undergo at constant intervals for developing a good personality. A personality of a person is constantly assessed because self discovery of oneself is mandatory.
