[2024] Green synthesis of Biocompatible CuO Nanoparticles from Spirogyra sp. R-1: Enhanced Biological
Efficacy for Therapeutic Applications
Phase Exfoliation
Biocompatible CuO nanoparticles were green-synthesised using Spirogyra sp. R-1 extract via an eco-friendly
method. The nanoparticles were characterised by XRD, SEM, and FTIR, confirming nanoscale structure and purity.
Biological assays revealed strong antimicrobial, antioxidant, and cytotoxic activity, highlighting their potential for
therapeutic applications.
