Who should do researches?
Officials
Supervisors
School Heads
Guidance Counselors
District Research Coordinator
Head and Master Teachers
Teachers
Pupils/Students
Other stakeholders

-To begin the action research
process, teachers must first
observe, question and reflect on the
actual current situation in order to
investigate the classroom concerns.

- Choose one concern that is most
important for the learners, that is a
priority learning need, and that can
produce positive results. Select target
you can impact that aligned with the
curricular standards.

3 Basic tips on writing a good
research paper title
According to Sneha Kulkarni

1] Keep it simple, brief and attractive:
The primary function of a title is to provide a
precise summary of the paper’s content. So
keep the title brief and clear.
Use active verbs instead of complex noun-
based phrases, and avoid unnecessary
details.
a good title for a research paper is typically
around 13 to 15 content words long. A
lengthy title may seem unfocused and take
the readers’ attention away from an
important point.

2] Use appropriate descriptive words:
•A good research paper title should contain
key words used in the manuscript and
should define the nature of the study.
•Think about terms people would use to
search for your study and include them in
your title.

3] Avoid abbreviations and jargon
• Known abbreviations such as AIDS,
NATO, and so on can be used in the title.
• However, other lesser-known or specific
abbreviations and jargon that would not
be immediately familiar to the readers
should be left out.

I.CONTEXT AND RATIONALE
(Kaligiran at Layunin)
Introduction on the focus of the research
Description and context of the study
Include legal basis and 2 to 3 related studies
Valid data to support that the problem to be
considered for research is really important
Reason for conducting it, and
How the results could be used in action
planning
Inverted pyramid (General to Specific)

II. Action Research Questions
(Mga Suliranin)
Valid, authentic and relevant data can be generated out
of the question/s;
identifies the problem/s which will be addressed by the
research in terms of investigating or testing an idea;
Trying out solutions to a problem;
Exploring and analyzing issues;
Creating a new procedure or systems;
Explaining a phenomenon; or
Combination of any of these

II. Action Research Questions
(Mga Suliranin)
There should be general statement first.
This research aims to determine the level of effectiveness of
Project AwRA on the participation of parents of Grade 5
Poseidon, Bato North Central School, Bato District, s/y 2023-
2024.
Specifically, it will seek to answer the following questions,
1.(Baseline data question)
2.(Intervention Question)
3.(Result Question)
Expected Output: at least 2

III. PROPOSED INNOVATION, INTERVENTION
AND STRATEGY
(Iminungkahing Pagbabago/ Inobasyon,
Interbensyon at Estratehiya)
indicate and discuss the proposed
innovation, intervention and strategy
It should answer 4 Ws and H (What about
the project? When to implement? Where it
should be done? Who will be involved? and
How it will be implemented?) for at least 1
or 2 paragraphs.
Then, indicate specific
interventions/activities.

IV. ACTION RESEARCH METHODS
(Pamamaraan/Disenyo ng Pananaliksik)
– contains on details how research will be
conducted
a.Participants and/or other Sources
of Data and Information
(Kalahok/Tagatugon)
-who will participate in the research
-number of people and the characteristics of
those who will participate in the research
-how will the sample be selected/ recruited

IV. ACTION RESEARCH METHODS
b. Data Gathering Methods
(Paraan sa Paglikom o Pagkalap
ng Datos)
-various instruments and procedures
for data collection should be outlined
and extensively discussed

IV. ACTION RESEARCH METHODS
c. Data Analysis Plan
(Plano sa Pagsusuri ng Datos)
-how the data will be analyzed and
reported
-Statistical Tool to be used
- specify if quantitative or qualitative
methods will be used in analyzing the data
gathered

V. ACTION RESEARCH WORK
PLAN AND TIMELINES
(Iskedyul ng Gawain o Work
Plan)
-When will the project begin and how long will it take
for it to be completed
-Include time estimates for each step in the research
process (e.g. 5 days, 2 weeks)
