Go to this Sway Engineering the Digital Future   Hi there! I’m Chan Kwok-keung ( 陳國強 ) but you can call me Keung. Welcome to my blog dedicated to digital literacy and engineering! Let me start by introducing myself.  What is Sway?

Platform for Assessment 2 We will use Sway , which is part of your MS365 connect account, for your Assessment 2 article.  Using Sway demonstrates digital literacy, showcases an online article professionally, and can also help present your skills to future employers. Log on to your OneDrive account using your PolyU connect account Go to the app launcher in the upper left-hand corner and choose Sway Get started > Create new NOTE: Make sure you share your Sway so that your teacher / classmates can see it. You can either share with those in your organisation (anyone with a connect account) or to anyone.

Adding Content Heading for each section of your article Images for photos (there’s a caption option built in) Text (you can change to a heading, make text bold or slanted add bullets / lists hyperlink sources make text bigger / smaller Media  Embed for podcasts or videos v v Start with your article title , then add different types of ‘ cards ’ by clicking the green + icon

Layout Options Work on layout in ‘ Design ’ Choose a ‘ Style ’ Choose Horizontal or Vertical presentation To see the Sway click ‘ Play ’

Sharing Submission Annotated version Export the finished Sway to word. Add your annotations as comments. Upload in Turnitin in Blackboard. Set share settings so your teacher can see it (or 'Anyone' if you want to be 100% sure it can be seen) Copy the link and add it to the exported text Sway version Follow your teacher instructions on how to submit the link for Assessment 2 and for your classmates to see it for the peer review and showcase
