Now fry the spices in the pan after frying the vegetables, prepare spices by frying them:
Add cumin seeds in hot oil and fry them, then add ginger paste and green chilies and fry a
little. After that add turmeric powder and coriander powder, fry the spices a little.
Cut the tomatoes in small pieces and give the pulses to the spices and fry the tomatoes till
they are mashed. Then add salt, red chili, and coarsely ground garam masala (black pepper,
2 long, half-inch cinnamon slit, peeled small cardamom, and coarsely chopped), mix well,
and fry the spices.
Now put curd in that spice and fry it a little, after frying, the spices are ready. Now add fried
vegetables to the fried spices and mix well. Now the vegetables for your biryani are
completely ready. And at this time, rice too has become cold and ready.
Veg Biryani Dum
Now take a big and heavy-bottomed utensil, and put 1 teaspoon of ghee in its bottom, and
then add half the rice and spread a layer of rice in the bottom of the pot, and now put the
prepared vegetable on top of the rice and spread the rice evenly, now put the remaining
rice on top of the vegetable and make it evenly and freeze it.
Now put cashew nuts, almonds, and raisins on the rice, after that put green coriander and
mint leaves, and then put 4 teaspoons of melted ghee all over.
After that put the saffron in 2 tablespoons of water in advance, put the saffron solution on
top of the biryani, and then close the lid of the biryani properly, and soak it for 15-18
minutes on low flame.
Now open the lid of the pot after the given time, and mix everything well. Now your hot Veg
Biryani Dum is ready. Now serve the biryani with curd chutney or raita and have fun.
Suggestion
If you like to eat onions, then cut 2 onions thin and fry them out, then put them on top of
the top layer of rice and put them on top, all other things should be prepared by applying
the same way. Again mix all the things, now your biryani is ready.
