OBJECTIVE The objective of this project is to provide best vehicle service to the customer through web applications and To develop a web based systems to manage the task in more organize. The real power of this project lies not in direct selling of products, but in the creation of tighter relationships with customers and delivering of a high level of service and support, which in turn improves organization sales and its goodwill. A service organization is a business entity that takes care of servicing a customer vehicle

ABSTRACT Nowadays, the population of human on earth are increase. Most of them have their own vehicle. So, the need of vehicle service centre is on demand. Unfortunately, the older version of this system used manual collection of data which can lead to error in collection of data. Thus, with the existing sytem of Vehicle Service Management System there is an difficulty in maintaining a service . The objectives of this project is to design and develop a new system which can help to manage task in more organize with booking an service through web applications. This system will use admin module which is use to distribute job task and job schedule. In conclusion, the system will be able to help the company to manage repairs and staffs compared to the older system which use manual collection of service details .

INTRODUCTION According to the emerging large production of vehicles in day today life and no of people using vehicle also increase so there is an need of good and cost efficient service centre A vehicles services station has to have facilities to service the vehicles, such as equipment facilitating, wheel alignment so in this project the managing of service for vehicles is done by implementation of web application. in this web application system we have introduced some modules which efficiently deals with the overall task performed in this web application each module deals with specific task which includes admin side, client side during peak time of vehicle service the availability of service centre is comples so inorder to overcome this problem our project is implemented using web application where the booking of service made easy this project comes with benefit of doorstep pickup for service of vehicles this system is designed with certain modules which is assigned for perfoming some task allocated by the service centre.the old version of this project is done by noting the service manually but this project comes with the modern version of booking an slot for the vehicle service

PROPOSED SYSTEM The working of the system starts with the collection of user’s vehicle service data and send it to respective service station in this project we introduce doorstep service pickup to the customers i.e coming to customer’s location and taking their vehicle for service to their respective service station

ADVANTAGES The owner of service station can easily store their service details through web application The implementation of doorstep pickup for service is an good benefit to the customers

EXISTING SYSTEM In existing system they service stationuse manual system to maintain their records in log book. The service staion allocate their overall task into two level for managing services. They are administrator level, and user level management. The customers will book their service for vehicle through telephone and the manger and staff of the company manage their booking record in manually. Then they gave the final information about booking of vehicle service to their respective Branch manager .

DISADVANTAGES Manual record of vehicle service data will lead to error in collection of data There is an difficulity in storing multiple service at a time

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE : Dataset collection is collecting data which contains customer details registered through websites of respective service centre some modules are implemented in this project which perform overall process in system architecture admin module looks after the details given by the customer through web and the admin can assign a task to staff in the service station in client module customer can only enter sevice details and book their service slot trough web

IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS PROJECT

The implementation of this project starts with the collection of database like mechanic list,services etc the creation of database is done using my sql database After collection of datasbase the installation of web server is required The web server used in this project is xamp server After installation of web server the apache and sql should be installed in the server the apache and sql are the basic needs for running web server for this project After installation of apache and sql we have run this on xamp web server and modify this two requirement for running this project

This php admin page is used to load our required database to the server This php admin act as local host server for this project

After loading the dataset in php admin two links will be created one for admin and another one is customer In admin only services and assigning the task to staff of the station take place And in customer side only booking of service and enter their vehicle details is allowed Only admin have the access to change or modify the website content customers have only access to book a service to their service stations On accesing the two links the website comes to the working condition of the service station

OUTPUT AND DELIVERABLES This figure shows the admin dashboard in which the overall task is performed by the staffs of the service station

CONCLUSION In this system, Web based vehicle service management system was give goodknowledge to us and we go to next level of our career successfully. This system was built using the sql database concept, HTML,css,javascript This project fulfilled the requirements of our client and was earned their full satisfaction too. The system completely changes their day to day activities from earlier traditionalsystem . The system helps them to realize their needs with in the time schedule, booking on time and able to ignore the delays in generating reports by booking thier service in online web application
