The verb to be means in Spanish "ser o
estar". Therefore, for its correct
understanding, the context of the
sentence in which it is used must be
understood.
The verb to be is irregular, which
means that, depending on the
personal pronoun (subject) that
accompanies it, it is conjugated in
different ways. In addition, this verb
also presents variations in the present,
past and simple future tenses

what is the present simple ?
The present simple, also called the present
indefinite, is the present tense. It is one of
the present tenses used in English, in
addition to the present progressive,
present perfect, and present perfect
progressive. It is used to talk about things,
daily habits or activities that are usually
done every day and are not always true.
Normally in the conjugation of the verb to
be and the verb to have .

In the 3rd person singular (he, she, it) a
final -s is added to the verb

verb that is different from to be, we use the
auxiliary don't or doesn't, normally contracted.
The auxiliary verbs don't and doesn't are placed
between the subject and the main verb. We use
doesn't for he, she and it.

the question with the auxiliary do (for I,
you, we and they) or does (for she, he
