-ness
Is used to convert

condition.
-ship
Is used to turn a
noun into another
noun denoting a
relationship,
position, or status.

-ment
Is also used to

verbs or
adjectives.It
typically indicates
a state or quality.
The adjective "confident"
becomes "confidence" with
the addition of the -ence
suffix.
Other examples
