HEALTH CAMPS Health Camps to be organized at the places of halt of the mobile van : a) Screening for Non-Communicable Diseases P opulation 30 years and above will be screened for NCDs (Hypertension and Diabetes) Suspected patients will be referred to nearest PHC-HWC/higher facility. b) Screening for Sickle Cell Anaemia in tribal areas Universal screening of population up to 40 years of age Pre and post-test counselling, pre-marital, and preconception counselling services by the health camp team. Referral of sickle cell disease positive patients to health facility for management. 4

District Nodal Health Officers : Senior officials of MoHFW of rank Deputy Secretary to Govt of India and above appointed as District Nodal Health Officers t o oversee the activities of yatra related to Healh 120 District Health Nodal officers are appointed covering 26 States/UTs in 530 Districts with each officer been given 2-5 Districts. Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra –Microsite for MoHFW Link has been created on Ayushman Bhav Portal for data entry related to Health to upload the report of Health related activities during the Yatra Contro l Room Set up at NHSRC to provide support to ensure smooth co-ordination between the various stakeholders of the yatra (State/District Nodal Officers/District Health Nodal Officers) 8 Actions Taken

Co-ordination with District Level Nodal Officers appointed by State Health Department (list will be shared)/ Day Nodal Officers and Control Room set up at NHSRC To be present in the district one day in Advance Review of the Preparation of Yatra using Checklist shared and submit compliance to Control Room staff Escalate any issues conveyed by District Nodal Officers of State Health Department that are not being resolved in time to Control Room Ensure report has been submitted by the District Nodal officer of the State Health Department. 9 Role of District Nodal Health Officer
