FollowingarethekeysurveillancesystemsinIndia:
1)IDSP:(IntegratedDiseaseSurveillanceSystem)Nationwideoutbreak
surveillancesystem.Includingmeasles,diphtheria,pertussis,AFP,
hepatitisandAES.
2)CBHI/SBHI:(CentralandStateBureausofHealthIntelligence)
Nation-widepassivereportingsystemofsuspectedcases.
3)MEASLES:ICMRSelectedpractitionersandinstitutionsprovide
clinicalsamplestoNIV-Puneformeaslesvirusisolationand
genotyping.Atypeofcase-basedsurveillancesystem.
4)AES/JE:NVBDCPandICMRFacilitybasedsurveillanceforacute
encephalitissyndromeinendemicareas.ItisrunbyGovernmentof
IndiaunderNationalvector-bornediseasescontrolprogram.

andSMSalertaresenttoallusersinstantaneously.

3.By sending appropriate codes through SMS to 57333
4.By calling the IVR system on 02653090533 from your registered
mobile number and follow the instructions to report a case.
