1. Wageeh Abdelatif 67 yrs Driver From Alexandria Ex smoker (1 pack /day/50 yrs )

PMHx : DM- HTN – Alzahimer PSH: DL& biopsy& tracheostomy (8/2023): supraglottic mass epicentered on laryngeal surface of epiglottis, involving both supra & infra hyoid parts of epiglottis, extending to Lt AEF & Lt arytenoid & the mass prolapsed on the Lt pyriform& medial wall was involved, tumor involving both Lt True & false VC & pathology revealed : mod to poorly diff SCC Patient recived CRT :3 CT & 33 RT last one 24/4/2024 2. Gastrostomy 10/2023
