TRAVELING BY BUS
• The transportation system is designed to efficiently transport you throughout Walt Disney World
Resort. When traveling between Resort properties please allow up to 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach
your destination. Some connections can be made more quickly than others. Please check with your
Guest Services or Front Desk for further information.
• When traveling during high volume periods (such as after parade exits or Park closings), please be
prepared for crowded conditions at the stops and the need to have guests stand on the buses.
• Please be aware that safety regulations require that strollers be folded and kept out of the aisles when
a bus is in motion. Please remove children from strollers prior to boarding the bus.
• The normal interval between buses is approximately 20 minutes. During peak travel times this interval
may be reduced in order to meet capacity needs. (Normal interval between buses to Old Key West may
be as long as 25-30 minutes at certain times of the day.)
• Please board buses only through the front doors. The rear doors will close as soon as departing guests
have exited the bus.
• If you are carrying food or drink, please make sure that the containers are sealed prior to boarding.
• Some seats on the buses are marked for guests with disabilities. It may be necessary to move guests
from these seats to accommodate those guests with disabilities.
INFORMATION FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
Most buses are equipped with wheelchair lift mechanisms at the rear door. These buses can be identified
by a blue emblem on the front bumper and rear door. Guests in wheelchairs should wait at the rear door
for assistance. Note: If multiple buses service a single stop, please make the driver of the bus aware of
your desire to board.
ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE
AAA Emergency Road Serviceprovides dependable road side assistance and towing service
everyday of the year for guests at theWalt Disney WorldResort. Towing within the Walt Disney World
Resort boundaries is offered at no charge. For assistance, phone [phone] and ask to be connected
