Waste Management

All the current invoices sent to Resource Advisor regarding waste is non-hazardous except Kitaran Invoice; Kitaran handling SW 321 which is Schedule Waste (hazardous) ( Is hazardous weight need to share to Resource Advisor?) Kitaran only collect SW 321 generated from WWTP (Rubber \ Latex sludge) & Mixing (Latex Lump) All SW 321 collection weigh at our weighbridge; weight noted at the Gate pass ( in metric tonnage) All gate pass authorized by MAPA personal before the waste released Kitaran is schedule waste contractor registered with Department of Environment (DEO); the disposal concept is Recovery and all recovery use as alternative fuel ( audited by DOE) All schedule waste collected by Kitaran recorded by weight, type of waste, treatment method recorded as Consignment Note & Schedule 5 Inventory at DOE eSWIS system ( Electronic Scheduled Waste Information  System .) Kitaran Issue & Clarification

SW 321 Weigh & Costing Invoice Note (8 th May 2024) Weigh ridge Note (8 th May 2024)

SW 321 Weigh & Costing Gate Pass(8 th May 2024) Consignment Note (8 th May 2024)

At current we have recorded 11 code of Schedule Waste (hazardous waste disposal) All schedule waste generated weigh by the respective area owner ( i.e. use lubricate oil by Maintenance) and labelled before sent to SW area. Label inclusive type of SW and Weight. During collection, total weight for respective SW provide using the transfer note to the collector ( unit Tonnage) All SW collected will recorded under eSWIS generate consignment note and captured under the Schedule 5 inventory for MAPA Collector will sent invoice ( cost) based on the weight under the transfer note All non-hazardous month to month data and year to year data captured via eSWIS system; direct view by MAPA representative and DOE Hazardous Data Hazardous Waste Management SW321 Other than SW321 Weigh by generator & labelled (respective department) Total weight recorded in Transfer Note for Collector Collector provide Invoice Weigh at weigh bridge (weight note) Consignment Note & Yearly Inventory (Schedule 5) Have Gate pass issuance to control Weight Cost Inventory & Compliance

Transfer not for other than SW 321

To confirm on upload the Hazardous data to sustainability report and Resource Advisor Weigh base on generation weight on the label by MAPA (except for SW 321 use the weigh bridge note) Cost base on invoice captured by Contractor based on given weight (submitted invoices) For other waste data ( Non-Hazardous \ Recycle \ Composted) data available, will continue as per current practice Action: Elizebeth to confirm on Hazardous Date requirement Kai provide all the Hazardous waste weight note \transfer note & consignment; coordinate by Fahim Verify and adding Hazardous data on monthly basis on Monthly Sustainability Data by Samu Next Step
