Our sister company is Westley Richards – one of the
few surviving genuinely English gun-makers, whose

tool
A very small, accurately-made stainless
steel bulb connector for Visteon.
Additional thickness is produced by
double-overlapping together with
displacement of material. The
component is produced complete as
shown, on a single impression multi-
stage progression tool.
Brass Liner used as part of the
solenoid assembly for HGV starter
motors. The pattern created on the
inside of the liner is used to retain the
lubricants whilst in service.

tool, using an ‘In-line’ Pronic
tapping unit. Producing the body
section of a ‘Grip Lock’, which is
used to support electrical cables

suspenders for supporting pipe
work in the air conditioning and
refrigeration industries.
Ten impression tungsten carbide
multi-stage progression tool, to run
in a high speed Bruderer press,
producing very small and extremely
accurate electrical connectors
A modular type tool, producing
pen nibs.
Multi-Staged Progression Tooling
An extremely accurate multi-stage progression tool, housing over
150 small round piercings, 250 profile punches and 30 swaging. All
mounted on an aluminium alloy master die set, producing frets and
busbars used in engine management and lighting systems.
