6. Disadvantages of Verbal Communication a) It has problem when communicating with distant people. It does not provide permanent record unless it is recorded with modern means of storage. not suitable for b) This form of communication is lengthy messages. Non- Verbal communication Nonverbal communication is how we send and get messages without using words. Instead, we use signals like our facial expressions, gestures, body posture, eye contact, touch, and even how we look and the space around us. Advantage of Non- Verbal Communication It transports clear and precise meaning to the receiver. It is presentable through visual, audio- visual and silent means.
