 HISTORY OF TELEPHONE
A new study of communication, written in the world through the invention of the telephone. The
telephone was invented by Alexander Graham Bell, At the beginning of the 19th century, many scientists
engineers began working on voice communication but on 3 March 1847, real success was achieved by the
Scottish-born Alexander Graham Bell. 
The engineers involved in the invention of the telephone were considered to be Antonio Meucci, Elisha
Gray, Alexander Grahabell, etc. Although out of these three, it is difficult to tell who invented the telephone
first. But on March 7, 1876, Alexander Graham Bell got the patent for the telephone, so he is considered to be the
only inventor of the telephone.
Before these three, many inventors, and engineers had started working on voice communication, In 1667, Robert
Hooke invented the swing telephone, in which sound waves transferred from one place to another by
mechanical vibration of the swing. Children still play telephone -telephone with each other by connecting two
tin cans with wire and Robert Hooke's telephone was also based on this principle.



The world first working electric telegraph
In 1816, Francis Ronalds made the world's first working telegram of static electricity, which could
send messages over long distances But its problem was that the message could only be sent in coded
foam, and that too only one at a time.
In 1861, German engineer  Johann Philipp Reis created the first working device for the transmission of sound and
it was given the name of the telephone. He created the telephone while working on the theory of Charles
Bourseul in France.
Charles believed that with the help of electricity, sound, and speech could be transferred but Johann's the
telephone had many drawbacks, it could only send a message in one way, Its sound quality was not very good,
due to which his invention did not get any special recognition.

Italian explorer Antonio Meucci, born in 1808, also made the telephone in 1871, which he named the
sound telegraph, He wanted to patent it, but his invention was not considered beneficial for the world, and his
patents were rejected. Alexander Graham Bell had an early interest in phonology because both his mother and
wife were deaf, That is why he always inspired him to work on sound, he started working on the telephone in
1871.
Alexander Graham Bell also had an aide, named Thomas Watson, who helped Alexander Graham Bell in
inventing the telephone, They started working on the Harmonic Telegraph, which was a type of device that
was used to transfer multiple messages at a time. They made a lot of improvements to it, and then he made a
simple receiver that converted electricity into sound. 
 


And On 7 March 1876, Alexander Graham Bell filed a patent and told the world about his invention and after that
his patents got approval. He was officially acknowledged as the inventor of the telephone But after 2 hours of
their patent, Elisha Gray of America also reached out to file the patent, but by then it was too late.
Elisha Gray also accused Alexander Graham Bell of stealing his technique, At the time, the Patent Office wanted
to reject Alexander Graham Bell's patent, but his company ATMT  challenged this decision in Supremo coat. This
issue of both of them went on for many years, but in the end, coat ruled in favor of Alexander Graham Bell.

the mobile phone came into the market. Mobile is a wireless device, the world's first mobile phone made
by the Motorola company in the year 1973, The mobile phone was invented by Martin Cooper.
 Martin Cooper made the first call from New York to New Jersey with this phone. After about 10 years, Motorola
had also launched the mobile phone handset for the common people. The first mobile phone that was launched
for the public was  Motorola DynaTAC 8000X, 
This mobile weight was also 2 kg, It took a total of 10 hours to charge the battery of this mobile, after charging
the mobile, it could be talked about for about 30 minutes. At that time, the price of mobile in the market was Rs 3
lakh.

History of the word 'Hello'
For the past many years, we talk on the mobile, telephone, whenever we call someone or answer someone's
phone, we say 'hello' at the beginning of the conversation. This is why we use it because the word hello is
derived from the old Francis word holla 
And Holla means how are you, hollo word became in colloquial speech after 1300. About 200 years later, in the
era of Shakespeare, the word hallo came to be called hollo, so it changed a bit and started calling the word hollo,
thus the word hollaw became hollo over time.
 


The word ''holla'' came into use
When the telephone was invented by Graham Bell in 1876, it took a long time for people to know whether their
voice was coming to the front or not. They used long sentences like can you hear my voice or not to confirm
whether the voice reached or not.
Then Graham Bell did it by using the word  ''Ahoy'' or “Ahoy” is an ancient word that only means hello, tried hard
to bring it into circulation. One day, when he called Thomas Edison, he heard Ahoy wrong,
 then he did not like the word and Then in the year 1877, he proposed to say hello as the first word on the
telephone, then it is thanks to him that today we use the word Hello as soon as we pick up the phone.
