Indoff is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri and was founded in 1971. We have served the needs of both Industry
and the Office for 40 years. Today our five "divisions" - Material Handling, Commercial Interiors, Business Products,
Promotional Products and Government Sales - are capable of fulfilling almost any need a business may have. Our
customers are in every industry imaginable - distribution, healthcare, education, legal, engineering, manufacturing, local,
state and federal government.
Our business model is unique. We combine the financial strength of a $100 million plus distributor with the talents,
expertise and local service of hundreds of sales professionals, our Sales Partners. We call them Sales Partners because
they are empowered to make local decisions regarding pricing, service levels and product selection - they truly
manage their own book of business and customer base. Our Partners are employees of Indoff, and their
experience and talents backed by our administrative and technological expertise drive customer satisfaction.
Indoff does not inventory product, but we maintain relationships with hundreds of manufacturers, wholesalers and service
providers in order to offer the right solution to our customers - not the one we happen to represent or inventory.

administrative expertise allows us to efficiently process large volumes of business.

Indoff Marketing Tools & Resources
Indoff offers numerous marketing tools and resources, including e-marketing,
custom cover catalogs, e-commerce marketing websites (Partner Marketing
Sites), corporate marketing materials, case studies, and Indoff logo'd
merchandise (Indoff Company Store).
E-Marketing: Each month Indoff's marketing department creates one e-marketing piece
for each of its four divisions for Partners to send to their customers. Indoff e-
marketing pieces serve as a "touch piece," to keep the Partner and Indoff in the
forefront of the customers' mind. Indoff's e-marketing is easy to use (highlight, copy,
paste and presto!), and has a track record for initiating orders from customers.

Custom Cover Catalogs: Indoff designs custom covers for a variety of catalogs to
strengthen our corporate branding and allow our Partners to imprint their own
contact information on each catalog. Most custom catalogs are printed twice a year
and can be purchased with a set aside marketing budget extended to Indoff
Partners. In addition, Indoff Partners have access to thousands of vendor catalogs.
Partner Marketing Sites: Customizable websites offered to Sales Partners for free so
they can take their business online. The Partner Marketing Sites serve three primary
functions: 1) increase web presence for Indoff and individual Partners, 2) generate
leads for our Sales Partners, and 3) generate direct online sales (via credit card).
