Successful business? Yes At the end of 2011 there were 10,083 Dunkin‘ Donuts stores worldwide. By 2020 they plan to expand to 15,000 stores in the US.

William Rosenberg Mr . Rosenberg was born in Boston in 1916. H e demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit at a young age. A teenager during the Great Depression, he once took a block of ice to a racetrack on a hot summer day and sold ice chips at 10 cents a piece. He brought home $171 .

They sell hot beverages, iced beverages, frozen beverages, bakery goods and Sandwiches. Opened in 1948 as Open Kettle in Quincy, Massachusetts. Renamed Dunkin’ Donuts 2 years later in 1950.

Being an Entrepreneur He had the drive to start a business. He was willing to take a risk. He worked hard. He didn’t give up. He wouldn't take no for an answer.
