24. Issues Faced till date SR raised to PTC for Project. Configuring multiple roles to individual users is challenging. Suprajit currently used Functionality is not OOTB functionality of PTC Windchill. Delay in solving PTC Cases. Delay Sumedhas for delivery for Configuration like Engineering Change Order (ECO), due to customization challenges faced by them

25. Corrective Actions Taken Weekly review meeting (Mon,11:00am) & Daily stand-up (Mon-Fri 2:30 to 2:40 pm) call is scheduled with Sumedhas Team. Weekly (Every Thursday) Call with Wescon Controls is scheduled to understand their requirements. We had Discussion with Sumedhas Head – Ravi Mani , on the delays and issues faced by Suprajit during Trainings and testing and planned a road map for Go Live-19 th March 2024 We had Discussion with PTC on Pending issue and Enhanced Requirements with PTC Core Technical Team – 13 th March 2024. We had Discussion with PTC Principal Solution Consultant- Renuka Kamath in Doddaballapura plant , we highlighted the mandatory issues to be solved before go live – 20 th March 2024.
