Paragraph Writing tips Write only one major idea in a paragraph. Link the sentence in a logical sequence. Avoid ambiguous words / phrases / sentences. Refrain from the use of repititive sentences. Use appropriate transition words to connect sentences. Avoid abrupt conclusion. Keep in mind the reader’s point of view. Check the grammatical errors.
