The United States asked the Soviet Union
for assistance
Joseph Stalin was asked to join the United
Nations

Demanded the surrender of Germany
China and France were requested to join
the founding of the United Nations

The USSR agreed to assist in the Pacific in
exchange for the Kuril Islands and
territory in Korea
Wanted Port Arthur to be restored to a
Russian naval base
Manchurian railroads were to be under
Soviet-Chinese administration

Allies agreed to enforce the
unconditional surrender of Germany
Requested that Port Dalian be
internationalized

Originally there were only a few member
