YOGA
Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle
science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an
art and scince of healthy living. The word 'Yoga' is derived from the Sanskrit
root 'Yuj', meaning 'to join' or 'to yoke' or 'to unite'.
YOGA
An āsana is a body posture, originally and still
a general term for a sitting meditation pose,
and later extended in hatha yoga and modern
yoga as exercise, to any type of position,
adding reclining, standing, inverted, twisting,
and balancing poses.

Performing vajrasana helps our digestive system in many ways. It

constipation. Vajrasana also helps us to get rid of flatulence (gas) and
acidity.

modern yoga as exercise. Its variations include Karnapidasana with
the knees by the ears, and Supta Konasana with the feet wide apart.
HALASANA
Dhanurasana is derived from the Sanskrit word 'Dhanush,' which
means bow, whereas Asana means pose or posture. Owing to the
bow-shaped posture of the body while performing it, it is referred
to as the bow pose. Dhanurasana may provide a beneficial effect
on all back problems and enhance the digestion process
DHANURASANA
Lotus position or Padmasana (Sanskrit: पद्मासन, romanized:
padmāsana) is a cross-legged sitting meditation pose from
ancient India, in which each foot is placed on the opposite thigh.
PADMASANA
Tadasana, Mountain pose or Samasthiti is a standing asana in
modern yoga as exercise; it is not described in medieval hatha yoga
