WHAT IS YOGA? MEANING : YOGA means to join together the mind , body and spirit. The term yoga has its verbal root as “ YUJ ”. YUJ means joining. It is joining of individual self. ORIGIN: YOGA is originated from “ VEDA ” oldest scripture of India (4000 B.C)and systematically presented by sage Patanjali in YOGASUTRA in around 150 B.C. Yoga was used as a tool to live in harmony, mind, body and spirit.
