YOGA ASANAS Asanas  collectively constitute the physical aspect of  Yoga  and are known to have immense physical and mental health benefits.

Standing Asanas / Postures Big Toe Pose, Padangusthasana This pose gently lengthens and strengthens even stubbornly tight hamstrings . Padahastasana is a standing, inverted asana which the hands are stretched down to grasp the feet.
