Multiplicity of situations Managing routine; managing MDM; Community interactions (to enquire absentees, dropouts); Attending meetings, trainings, nodal works, union; Addressing needs of special campaigns ( reading campaign in Rajasthan), entertaining visitors. Varying concerns Authorities demands; community pressures, Pedagogical issues, student needs, policy and program pressures.

Bearing on the quality and equity There can be long term implications of certain decisions and striking balance between various concerns can have bearing on the quality of solution and also on equity issues. Resolve Decisions need to resolve issues, not postpone or complicate it and so it being ‘sound’ and agreeable to all, is important. Based on policies, processes and principles Decisions need to be situated in the framework of above, so that it enjoys acceptance and respect.
