Continuous Feedback Review Embracing Feedback Be Open-Minded: Approach feedback with a positive attitude. See it as an opportunity rather than criticism. Actively Seek Feedback: Don’t wait for feedback to come to you. Request it from teachers, mentors, and peers. Use it to set goals and track your progress. Reflect and Act: Take time to process feedback. What can you learn from it? How can you apply it to improve?
Review of Teacher Feedback (an example)
Continuous Feedback Review Download and save the “Continuous Feedback Review” template from the 11EHS Homepage. List subjects studied in Semester 1. From the Reports tile on MyMtA , copy the teacher feedback for each subject to the table. Read through each piece of feedback, highlighting areas for improvement. See the example: “Continuous Feedback Review example” on the 11EHS Homepage. Summarise the overall theme for improvement for each subject and provide strategies you could adapt to aid improvement. Determine patterns in this feedback. For example, more detailed analysis, editing under exam conditions etc.
