Project : Analysis of Commercia l bank failures in the United States since the great depression, 1934-Present The main objective of this machine learning project is to determine what type of banking institution is the most likely to fail, how have bank failure rates changed over time and what commercial bank failure have cost the federal government the most to resolve. The dataset contains the record of each failure of a commercial bank, savings association, and savings bank since the establishment of the FDIC in 1933. Each record includes the institution name and FIN number, institution and charter types, location of headquarters (city and state), effective date, insurance fund and certificate number, failure transaction type, total deposits and total assets last reported prior to failure (in thousands of dollars), and the estimated cost of resolution. The major steps to complete the dashboard are shown below. Step 1: I mport all the libraries required for creation of the data frame and visualization of the dataset. These are the pandas, numpy and matplotlib libraries . Create the data frame for the csv file and display the shape and the type of the data frame. A heatmap is plotted to show the correlation between the different columns and their values and determine which columns are directly related to each other . Step 5: Plot strip plots for different columns against the total assets, total deposits a nd estimated loss. Dept. of ISE, SJCIT 14 All these data visualizations are used to determine how the different columns in a dataset are related to each other and which attribute values most likely contributed to the failure of a bank.

16 Dept. of ISE , SJCIT This internship was very useful experience for me by gaining new knowledge and skills. It also helped me to define what skills and knowledge I have to improve. By the help of AI/ML code using python we can analyse any data set given and as per the topic chosen about Analysis of commercial bank failures. We all who take the internship class go to companies that already working either as a consultant or a contractor. The responsibilities of the hosting company are to teach student and shape them as a real-time workers. My hosting company helped me in acquiring different knowledge in different positions. At last internship has given me a new rights and motivation to pursue a carrier in industrial background. CONCLUSION
