ENROLMENT FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS From 2021, the number of male enrollees have significantly increased, while the number of female enrollees have decreased.
HEALTH AND NUTRITIONAL STATUS From Kindergarten to Grade 6, 90 out of 4039 learners, or 3%, have health conditions that are not considered normal. Due to the cancellation of in-person classes in previous academic years, recipients of the School-based Feeding Program (DepEd-funded) were given fresh milk and a food pack that contained fruit, bread, and root vegetables in place of lunch.
LEARNERS’ MATERIALS There was a 1:1 textbook to learner ratio for each grade level. Kinder does not have a single textbook, but MOOE did provide additional printed learning materials. The effective dissemination of knowledge is greatly aided by the use of tablets provided by the Pasig City Government that have been loaded with modules and given to students as Video Lessons. Nearly all students were given tablets by the city, with the exception of those whose parents allowed their child(ren) to use their own/personal device (s). FUNDING SOURCES MOOE is the primary source of funding for schools. Additional resources come from the Brigada Eskwela Framework, the Canteen Fund, local government units, and donations.

SCHOOL PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES DRRM-LEVEL IV WinS-3 STAR SJES – SPG FUN RUN SJES SPG conducted Fun Run--- first ever in the history of San Joaquin Elementary School! The theme "Tara na, makiisa ... Takbo Tay, Nay, mga Anak para kay Titser " is really an affirmation that teachers really play a vital role in the community. It aims to promote and exemplify physical fitness, health awareness and develop a strong bond among teachers, learners, and parents. October 8, 2022

The activity aims to introduce the binhi program to the parents and make them realize how important their role is in the reading development of their pupils. Twenty-five (25) learners from Grade Two were chosen as binhi scholars. Aside from their regular classes, they'll be attending one and one-half hours of Binhi Class every day for six months. It is hoped that with this endeavor, our learners will reach grade three mastering the basics of reading. October 24, 2022
SCHOOL PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES DRRM-LEVEL IV WinS-3 STAR EYE SCREENING San Joaquin Elementary School Parents-Teachers Association led by their President Sumulong Grace Mary initiated a Medical Mission to cater learners and even teachers having vision problems through Free Eye Screening and Consultation. This program is in partnership with San Guillermo Parish headed by its Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Edmond R. Reynaldo, and SGP Health Care Ministry Coordinator, Sis. Rosemarie D. Tallod , also tapping the services of RVEC/ Icare represented by the Clinic Supervisor, Ma'am Cecilia Leonardo. – November 9, 2022
