HIGH RISE BUILDINGS – 432 PARK AVENUE The design of the structure was conceived by architect Rafael Vinoly , who was inspired by a Trash Can. The interiors are designed by Deborah Berke  and the firm  Bentel & Bentel. DESIGN OF BUILDING:- Full Floor Penthouse Apartment 768 Sq .M 6 Bedroom, 7 Bath, 2 Half Bath Full Floor Penthouse Apartment 768 Sq .M 6 Bedroom, 7 Bath, 2 Half Bath Full Floor Penthouse Apartment 768 Sq .M 6 Bedroom, 7 Bath, 2 Half Bath Full Floor Penthouse Apartment 768 Sq .M 6 Bedroom, 7 Bath, 2 Half Bath Residential Apartments begin at the 34 th floor. The top 6 floors are used for mechanical equipment . SERVICES & VERTICAL CIRCULATION Scissor stairs saves space, & creates structural conditions necessary for the building to rise to its ideal height. In the center of the building we have a square that consist of elevator, the stairs, and all the mechanical services. Central core surrounded by thick walls that are 30 inches made out of concrete and with reinforcing inside. The core is the backbone of the structure. All services and delivery accesses are independently located to the east side of the tower.

HIGH RISE BUILDINGS – 432 PARK AVENUE Construction Of Foundation BUILDING MATERIALS The slim and elegant building constructed using Architectural Steel, Concrete And Glass. The use of Supplementary Cementitious Materials along with Portland cement and chemical admixtures achieved Very High Strength. White Concrete Columns Spandrel Beams 10’ X 10’ Curtain Of Glass Deep cylinders of concrete or steel (or both) that penetrate the earth until they reach either a stable bedrock layer or there is enough friction on the sides of the long cylinders to prevent the building from sinking and enough depth to prevent it from toppling in an earthquake.

STRUCTURAL SYSTEM HIGH RISE BUILDINGS – 432 PARK AVENUE Mass Damper is to reduce the amplitude of vibration to an acceptable level whenever a strong lateral force such as an earthquake or high winds hit. the tower appears vertically extruded rectangular form, there are actually several two-story “void” levels that help provide stability against lateral forces. 432 Park Avenue actually is 6 independent buildings stacked on top of each other, with void levels breaking up the massing. This increases lateral stability on the tower with a tuned mass damper at the top of the tower, and also mitigates the “vortex shedding” phenomenon that develops in buildings with 90- degree corners. Within the voids, the exposed core of the tower – curvilinear in form – breaks up the angular massing of the tower, thus adding another element of protection against vortex shedding. Voids created after interval of 12 floors throughout the building.

STRUCTURAL SYSTEM HIGH RISE BUILDINGS – 432 PARK AVENUE Steam Room Loading Area Hotel Back Storage 1:15 slenderness ratio of 432 park avenue. A flat roof neatly caps the rectangular structure. Windows benefit residents with ample amounts of light and uncontested views. The gridded window scheme forms the exoskeleton of the building and bears structural loads , thus no interior columns are needed between the elevator core’s shear walls and the façade of the building.
