(Signatories: for schools SH noted by the PSDS, for the district PSDS noted by the EPSVR – LRMS) (ALL THESE REPORTS MUST COLLECTED BY DISTRICT AND SUBMITTED TO DO - LRMS UNIT ON MAY 26, 2025)

(Signatories: LH In-charge, PSDS, EPSVR-LRMS, CES-CID) (ALL THESE REPORTS MUST COLLECTED BY DISTRICT AND SUBMITTED TO DO - LRMS UNIT ON MAY 30, 2025)

PLEASE SUBMIT APPLICATION ASAP FOR DEVELOPMENT AND HARVESTING (SLRC & DLRC) ENHANCEMENT OF LEs, Activity Sheets for Grades 1&2, Grades 4&5, Grades 7&8 DVELOPMENT and Harvesting of Activity Sheets, Workbooks, Modules ESIMs for all subject Areas for all Grades not Implementing the New K to 12 Curriculum ALL THESE DEVELOPED AND HARVESTED MATERIALS WILL BE THE INITIAL COLLECTIONM FOR THE SLRCs AND DLRCs

LRMS DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION SEMULTENEOUS KICK OFF AND DIVISION CARAVAN OF THE SLRCs AND DLRCs OPERATION 2025 INDICATIVE SCHEDULE : JUNE 26, 2025 SECOND MARKET SCOPING : JUNE 27 – 29, 2025 FOR SY 2025 – 2026 IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ZERO BODEGA POLICY All Learning Materials intended to be given to the Students shall be distributed to the students on the opening week of the School Year. SLRCs shall not be used to store these materials. ONLY SLRs SHALL BE PLACED IN THE SLRCs.

7. LRMS DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION VALIDATION IS ONGOING FOR THE INITIAL RECEPIENTS OF THE SUPPLEMENTARY LEARNING MATERIALS (SLR). THOSE WHO WILL BE DISQUALIFIED WILL FORFEIT THEIR ALLOCATION AND WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER SCHOOLS. THERE ARE MORE THAN 100 SCHOOLS VALIDATED. WE ARE LEADING IN THE REGION IN TERMS OF NUMBER OF RECEPIENTS BUT WE ARE STILL WITHIN 10% OF OUR SCHOOLS. PLEASE WORK ON YOUR SLRCs SO THAT YOU WILL ALSO BE INCLUDED IN THE NEXT ROUND OF FUNDING. THIS IS THE PROOF OF OUR COMMITMENT TO LOBBY FOR MORE FUNDINGS. MIDYEAR ASSESSMENT OF THE FUNCTIONALITY AND READINESS STATUS OF THE SLRCs AND DLRCs WILL BE JULY 2025.
