INTRODUCTION There are total 10 research institutes included on tour schedule which I mentioned in next in this report A study tour from 6 february to 17 february 2024 was organized by College of Agriculture Business Management , Narayangaon , Pune under the course EDNT -361 . There are total 69 participants along with 4 teacher staff including our principal Dr. Milind Bhujbal Sir , our tour incharge Prof. Omkar Thorat Sir , and assistant professors Mr. Khade Sir, Mr. Siddhesh Jori Sir, Mrs. Shilpa Nalawade Mam . 1. Sustainable Yogic Farming Program :
Objectives : Responsible use of energy and natural resources. Maintain biodiversity and protect animal welfare. Conserve the regional ecological balance. KNOLEDGE GAIN : Organic farming which is a holistic production management system that promotes and enhances agro-ecosystem health, including biodiversity, biological cycles, and soil biological activity is hence import EXPERIENCE GAIN : Practical knowledge of sustainable farming , organic fertilizer use in regular agriculture farming CONCLISION : By applying organic fertilizers and techniques , farm products their nutrition and valu and efficiency also increases .
2. Prajapati Brahmakumaris Vishwa Vidyalaya :
Objectives : To establish, conduct, run and manage spiritual education institutions; To impart education in moral, cultural and spiritual values. To promote scientific temper and spiritual vision. KNOWLEDGE GAIN : From cazri institute we came to know about how the arid horticulture crops are grown in various adverse conditions,how crop grown in water crisis, various varieties of arid horticulture crop Experience Gain :Theory of God, Relationship between body and soul, Meditation is required for healthy life Conclusion : A combination of spiritual world with scientific world.
3. ICAR-CAZRI :
Objectives : Basic and applied research on sustainable farming systems in arid ecosystem. Repository of information on the state of natural resources and desertification processes. Livestock-based farming systems and range management practices for the chronically drought affected areas. To facilitate commercialization of agri -technologies by promoting and supporting agribusiness ventures. KNOWLEDGE Gain- From cazri institute we came to know about how the arid horticulture crops are grown in various adverse conditions,how crop grown in water crisis, various varieties of arid horticulture crops. CONCLUSION : Effective water management systems with various innovative research on plants as well as on soil will help to sustain the plants within the arid zone temperature range
4. ICAR-CIAH :
Objectives : To act as a clearing house of research and general information relating to agriculture, animal husbandry, home science and allied sciences, and fisheries through its publications and information system; and instituting and promoting transfer of technology programmes . To provide, undertake and promote consultancy services in the fields of education, research, training and dissemination of information in agriculture, agroforestry, animal husbandry, fisheries, home science and allied sciences. To look into the problems reTo introduce, collect, characterize, conserve and evaluate the biodiversity of horticultural crops under arid and semi arid environments. To plan, undertake, aid, promote and coordinate education, research and its application in agriculture, agroforestry, animal husbandry, fisheries, home science and allied sciences. KNOWLEDGE GAIN : Different cultural practices to grow the arid crops, advance irrigation for providing sufficient water to crops, requirement fertilizers and pesticides for arid crops that provides information about how to grow crops in different adverse conditions CONCLUSION : The CIAH is one of the horticulture institute of Bikaner engaging in research and development of new sustainable and resistance varieties of crops of arid and semi arid regions of rajasthan .
5. ICAR-NRCC :
Objectives : Basic and applied research for improvement camel health and production Information repository on camel research and development Development of camel eco-tourism. The key objectives of NRCC are camel breeding and health, utilisation of camel milk and its byproducts like ice-cream made of it, which makes it a one-of-a-kind institute in India. KNOWLEDGE GAIN : Research and developmental activities related to genetics and physiological characters of camels used in socio economic environment around us especially in arid and semi arid regions . CONCLUSION : he basic and applied research on camel by considering the need of camel in socio- economic environment is carried out .
6. BIKAJI FOOD INTERNATIONAL LIMITED :
Objectives : • BIKAJI FOODS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED aspires to be amongst the global leaders in the segment of snacks and savouries as well as to reinvent and develop new products for the total satisfaction of our customers. Knowledge Gain The Bikaji Food Industry is larger compony.Starting from collecting raw materials to producing final product they maintain hygiene.for gaining the natural cultural taste of the product they produce both mechanically and manually and mix both materials. Various different strategies used by them to promote their products Conclusion The visit to Bikaji Food Industry provided invaluable insights across supply chain management, quality control, marketing, production processes, and market analysis. It emphasized the critical role of efficiency, innovation, and adherence to quality standards interational success
7. INSTITUTE OF AGRI BUSINESS MANAGEMENT :

10. RARI ( Rajashthan Agriculture Research Institute ) :
Objectives : To conduct research on various aspects of seed and seed production technology including drying, processing and value addition. Development of high yielding varieties of mungbean , urdbean , lentil and field pea. Development of production and protection technologies. Maintenance breeding and supply of nucleus seed. He mission of the institute is to conduct research and extension activities enhancing productivity , profitability and sustainability of agricultural production systems . To improve the quality of the rural livelihood in the country in general and state of Rajasthan in particular .
