BW: 2700 gr Postnatal : completed immunization Patient could stand at 7 months old, walk at 14 months old, Female , 12 y.o ,

2. Local State of Leg Look Feel Move No tenderness, CRT <2 sec, Pulsation of dorsal pedis and Posterior tibial artery +2/+2, Normal distal sensory, ROM Knee : Extension- flexion - 130 Skin intact, Varus deformity, No scar, No wound
