Action Learning Sessions Action learning is the process of bringing classroom knowledge to the real world. In this activity the group meets, and with the help of a trained coach, they implement the following process: 3 The group presents a problem or a case that needs an action. Problem The group start to discuss the possible solutions based on the knowledge they gained from the training. Knowledge The group decides on that best possible action and processes to implementation. Action The group meets again to discuss the results and the learning experience. Feedback

Knowledge Sharing 4 Members of the program will conduct multiple knowledge sharing activities with a minimum of one knowledge sharing session at each phase. For example, e-discussions and presentations for other employees. These activities are very effective in improving the learning retention and in creating functional and collaborative teams. A presentation to share and explain the new knowledge, and to engage the participants in a conversation around the content. Presentations Start an online discussion to demonstrated and share the new knowledge. E- Discussions A very short discussion on a narrow topic or a case that involves peers to stimulate contribution from all members. Buzz Session

Mentoring Framework 5 A team of potential mentors will be selected buy the management. The selected mentors will attend a training session “Mentoring Essentials” to be trained on conducting effective mentoring. To ensure the effectiveness of the mentoring activities, mentoring will be conduct as per the following steps: Mentoring Sessions All the mentors will be assigned a specific number of mentees based upon their area of expertise. Soon after completion of “Action Learning Sessions”, the mentors will start conducting the mentorship sessions (at least 2 sessions in each phase). The mentee can ask for additional sessions subject to the requirement. The mentors will document all the sessions to report the mentees progress.

7 Activity Completion and Attendance Program members must attend the technical training and complete the individual assignment, otherwise, they will be dropped from the program. In addition, they need to maintain attendance and completion of the remaining program activities as well.
