Other things to be accomplished for the month of AUGUST Election of SSLG and SELG officers Leadership Training for Students Checking of Documents Requesting of Form 137 : Transferees, Grade 7, and Old students who did submit last year SF 1 ( List of Modular Students) GPTA Meeting / HRPTA Meeting Teachers Requirements

8. Student Requirements -Birth Certificates (PSA) -Form 137 (request letter) -Certificate of Indigence -Document for Modular students, as proof of being considered as DL. Other things to be accomplished for the month of AUGUST
