IMUS CITY HEALTH BUILDING
Local Municipal Health Center
Imus City Health Building is
located in Tahimik St., Imus,
Cavite. It serves as the primary
healthcare facility for the
residents of Imus, providing a
wide range of medical services
and programs.
SWOT Analysis
An analysis of the health
center's strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities,
and threats revealed areas
for improvement and
potential risks that need to
be addressed.
Good amount of vegetation.
Balanced amount of sunlight
allowing the structure to use lesser
amount of enegry.
STRENGTHS
Lack of evacuation preparations and
emergency exits.
Limited spaces.
Limited services provided.
WEAKNESSES
Unfavorable adjustments to rules or
reimbursement.
-Challenges with patient experience.
Although located around residential
areas, due to limited services
provided, less people/patients are
coming.
THREATS
Location allows good accessibility.
It is located near other government
facilities, and it is also around the
residential areas.
OPPORTUNITIES
Site Analysis
The site analysis of the
health center included an
assessment of the
surrounding environment,
including factors such as
noise levels, wind direction,
sun path, and orientation.
Design Concept
Use of glass facade and
concrete.
Modern style.
Blue and green color.

CARMONA HEALTH CENTER
Local Municipal Health Center
Carmona Health Center is
situated along Loyola St,
Carmona, Cavite. It is a
government-run health facility
that provides a wide range of
medical services to the
residents of Carmona and
nearby areas. The health facility
provides chronic illness
treatment, mental health,
dental, and maternity and child
health services.
SWOT Analysis
An analysis of the health
center's strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities,
and threats revealed areas
for improvement and
potential risks that need to
be addressed.
The facility benefits from being
situated in a constantly expanding
area.
STRENGTHS
-Current status is under renovation,
thus limiting the services offered.
The entrance is prone to
overcrowding.
WEAKNESSES
Natural disasters.
The parking access for the health
center is not enough as the road it is
situated on is also narrow and
crowded.
Nearby hospitals
THREATS
It is located near the municipal hall,
and around the residential areas. As
a result, more people are passing by
and are able to enter or access the
health center.

International Health Center
The Health Municipal Clinic in
Liffol-Le-Grand is housed in a
historic farmhouse complex in
the middle of the French village,
Liffol-Le-Grand.
SWOT Analysis
An analysis of the health
center's strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities,
and threats revealed areas
for improvement and
potential risks that need to
be addressed.
Ample spaces.
The interior design of the structure
gives the patients a fresh feeling and
aesthetic with its wood materials.
The areas/spaces in the health
center were arranged according to
their relative proximity to one
another.
STRENGTHS
The durability and longevity of the
material used, wood.
WEAKNESSES
Seasonality.
Vulnerable to unfavorable changes
in laws or reimbursement.
THREATS
It is located around the residential
areas.

It is stated that every building is required to have an Energy Efficiency Certificate, which provides a
diagnostic of the building’s general information, performance, recommendations, and additional
information.
RT 2005
Set insulation, envelope, and HVAC standards for energy efficiency for all new and existing buildings in
France. It met the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive.
Electronic Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD)
Set minimum regulations for existing buildings and defined necessary renovations.
Special categorizations for efficient buildings: High Energy Performance (HPE) and Very High Energy
Performance (THPE).
“White Certificate Trading” - requiring energy suppliers to meet mandated targets for energy savings
through their customers, however necessary.
