Dr. Ajay K. Sharma is a visionary educationist, technologist, and serial entrepreneur with over 26
years of experience in Animation, Creative Media, and AI-driven EdTech innovation. As the
Founder & CEO of the Morph Group, he has built and scaled a diverse ecosystem of academies
and platforms empowering creative and digital professionals across India and abroad.
Beginning his career in 1998 as a multimedia educator, Dr. Sharma’s passion for merging
creativity with technology led him to found E Visual Media Services Pvt. Ltd., followed by a
series of successful startups in education, eLearning, and creative production.
In 2009, he established Morph Academy—a premier institute in Animation, VFX, Film, and
Game Design—which has since evolved into a future-ready education group with integrated
