Admissions Prerequisites T o complete the Online Application you need a scanned copy (Max File Size 1 MB for each) of the followings: Application fee (500 SAR) receipt voucher - none refundable High school Graduation Certificate and Transcript (Report Card) stamped by Ministry of Education TOEFL score record or IELTS score record (the University offers the OOPT exam for those who did not take the TOEFL or IELTS) SAT I & SAT II scores records or any other standardized test(s) score(s) National I.D. for Saudis or Iqama for Non-Saudis Passport Colored photo 4*6 size Official transcript of previous college / University (if you finished 1 semester or more) Medical Insurance Card (Non-Saudi Students must provide medical insurance) Any additional documents to support the application

International Students Your application for admission must be submitted before July 26th. Your Certificates & Transcripts must be certified by the Saudi Embassy in the country of your study. Your Certificates & Transcripts must be evaluated & certified by the Saudi Ministry of Education. You must provide an authenticated copy of your (or your guardian) Bank Statement of the last six months showing a balance covering the first year's tuition fees or a Financial Guarantee from a recocognized body (150.000 SAR or 40.000 $) . International students must not have exceeded two years of Graduation from High School. You must deposit into the University account a total of 100,000 SR ($26,700) after receiving the acceptance letter in order for the University to issue you a student visa ( if your visa application was rejected by the Saudi embassy, the deposit will be refunded), the money will be credited toward your first year tuition fees. * Please note that the University does not guarantee the issuance of your Student Visa but will help facilitate the process of its issuance.

Scholarships Merit Based

Need based Criteria Student must be an undergraduate student. Student must meet admission criteria of Alfaisal University Student must apply for Need-Based form through admission application. Student must confirm his admission acceptance in Alfaisal University (paying seat confirmation fees and submitting the original documents). Providing a proof of financial need. Demonstrated academic excellence Academic (standardized tests (Qudurat, Tahseely, SAT I, SAT II, IB, AS & A level tests). List of special skills, talents or social creative ideas (attach supporting documents). Required Documents Fill out the " Need-Based E-Form " and upload it to the Online Admission Application. Salary certificate contains (total salary plus all allowances in details, Employer stamp, Employer Signature, Chamber of commerce stamp and the date of the letter issuance should not exceed one month, Salary letters should be issued from same sponsor mentioned on Iqama). Account Bank Statement for last 3 months with bank stamp Family National ID/Family Members IQAMA including parents House Rent Contract If property not owned or Electricity/Water Bill If you own the property.

Dean's List Dean's List is awarded at the end of each academic year for continued students with 3.75 GPA and its 20% of tuition fees. Student's must complete at least 30 CH of AU courses (UPP courses are excluded). Student's must obtain a CGPA of 3.75/4.00 or above by the end of each academic year. Summer semester tuition fees are excluded The University reserve the right to cancel Dean's List program without any prior notice and without any liability.
