9. Name : ABC Date : 7 J une 2020 Time : 1 PM Place : Play Ground Situation : Game Period Behavior of the student : One of the student got excited and started misbehaving with other students. He argued with others and hit on students with stick. Other reaction : The body language of the student was aggressive and he was very rude during the game period. He was shouting on others and not listening to others voice. Anecdotal Record ( Based on specific observation)

10. Suggestions: All the suggestions and instructions given to the student will depends on his behavior Teacher must focus on him and he/she has to analyze students problem. A counseling is needed for that student by teacher and counseling process, teacher has explain the good things and bad things for student. Continuous observation needed and the teacher has to increase and decrease the counseling procedure according to responses from student. Anecdotal Record ( Based on specific observation )
