He argued with others and hit on students with stick. Other reaction : The body language of the student was aggressive and he was very rude during the game period. He was shouting on others and not listening to others voice. Anecdotal Record ( Based on specific observation)

Suggestions: All the suggestions and instructions given to the student will depends on his behavior Teacher must focus on him and he/she has to analyze students problem. A counseling is needed for that student by teacher and counseling process, teacher has explain the good things and bad things for student. Continuous observation needed and the teacher has to increase and decrease the counseling procedure according to responses from student. Anecdotal Record ( Based on specific observation )

Depicts ( Describe) actual behaviors in natural situations. Facilitate gathering evidence on events. Can be used with very young and with low communication skills students. It can be used for formative feedback. They can done without separating self from ongoing classroom activities. Advantages of Anecdotal Record

Quality of record depends on the memory of the persons doing the observing. May miss out on recording specific type of behavior. Limited one or two child at a time. The amounts of time required. If teacher written down after few days of events he may not be accurate. The difficult being objective. Difficulty in obtaining an adequate sample behaviors Limitations of Anecdotal Records

All the teacher must record the anecdotal thee behavior of the student. Good anecdotal record gives the date , time, place and the actions occurred. Conclusion
