Why to Control? To avoid regrets Better health Better relations Better quality of life Allah forgives those who forgive others
And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a garden whose width is that of the heavens and earth, prepared for the God-fearing. Who spend in times of ease and times of hardship and who restrain their anger and who pardon people (3:133-134)
And what is with Allah is better and more enduring for those who believe and who rely on their Lord. And those who avoid the major sins and indecencies, and when they become angry they forgive. (42:36-37)
