2. Shorts Design
June 2024
Over the summer, I had thrift-
ed a pair of Levi?s shorts at
Goodwill. I really liked the t
and the wash of the shorts, but
I hated how many rips they
had. I decided to go through
old fabric scraps to try and
put a cute patch-work design
over the holes in these shorts.
It took me about two days
to nish. I sewed the patch-
es into the shorts using my
grandma?s sewing machine. I
wanted the patches on these
shorts to be cohesive with one
another, and I added the lace
trim for a little bit of are. The
top image shows my work pro-
cess, and the other show the
nished product.

3. Adobe Clothing Design

This is a project I did during
my computer aided design
class at Oregon State Univer-
sity. These are patters and
designs that I created and put
onto images of real clothing
items. I included a screen
shot of my Adobe Illustrator
art board that holds the pat-
terns I made and the designs
as well. I also included the n-
ished products. This project
captures my love for color and
unique patterns.

Explanation and Process
For this project I created a
merchandising layout for
Levi’s inspired by 1950’s
pastel and film color pal-
ettes. Inlcuded are inspi-
ration photos I used to
capture the aesthetic of
this color palette. I also
made a board to decide
between two different col-
or eras, which led to my
desicion to use the 1950s.
I also designed the jeans
and tops for this display,
as well as the background
