5. Financial Sustainability Issue Securing sustainable funding for non-formal education initiatives. Solution Advocate for long-term funding commitments, explore public-private partnerships, and innovate financing mechanisms.

This results in lower levels of digital literacy and knowledge in using technology, which are crucial in modern life and work.
