The "Paris Mood" by Jackie Paris is considered an EP because it includes fewer tracks than a full-length album, typically
ranging between 4 to 6 songs, and has a shorter total playtime. This classification is common in the music industry for
releases that are longer than a single but not extensive enough to qualify as a full album. The term EP stands for "extended
play," which differentiates it from a standard single (containing one to two tracks) and a full album (usually 8 or more
tracks).

4. LP
"Room of Lights" is called an LP because it's a full-length album released by Crime & the City Solution back in 1986. It's all
about that classic vinyl format, you know? This album really captures their unique blend of post-punk and alternative rock
vibes. It's got that cohesive feel that makes you want to listen from start to finish, with atmospheric sounds and deep
lyrics that stick with you. People dig it for the haunting vocals of Simon Bonney and the overall vibe it brings to the
alternative music scene of the '80s.

5. How has the shift to online streaming services impacted sales of vinyl records at EZ 2 Collect?
“As you can see we have loads of records vinyl, cds, and all kindas of all memobilia stacked up. I feel that since streaming
services like pandora and spotify came around people stopped getting into real authetic music pieces “Records”.
Do you offer consignment to indie artists?
“No we don't do consignment for indie artists here. It's not that we wouldn't want to support local talent, but right now,
we're really focused on the inventory we have since its alot. It helps us keep things running smoothly and offer our
customers a great experiences”
How often do marketing reps visit from the record labels?
"Marketing reps from record labels don't visit us anymore, actually. The last time we had one come by was back in the early
2000s and it was from Atlanic Records actually.”

6. Are there any events coming up at the store?

“The only events we have is half price on selecg vinyls when
its Record Store Day on April 19th.”

I asked about any free items that they give out with purchases and i
was told by John the Manager that they don't do that, he believes they
never have.

9. PROMOS?
There are no promos going on right now but they do have displaced a
bunch of cool old poster and signs!

10. REFLECTION?
No, I wouldn't use this store for a local indie artist's album release. While supporting local artists is
important, this store doesn't offer consignment or seem to actively promote new releases with in-store
events or samplers. It would be better to find a store that specializes in promoting and selling indie
music to ensure the album gets the attention it deserves.
