3. ERITRASMA Definicion E s una infección superficial causada por  Corynebacterium minutissimum Ubicacion afecta grandes pliegues y regiones interdigitales de los pies. Caracteristicas clinicas existe eritema, descamación, manchas color marrón y maceración Diagnostico se presenta con fluorescencia rojo coral con luz de Wood . 01 02 03 04 Lavados con peróxido de benzoilo o gel de alcohol desinfectante. Es útil la locion de clindamicina y la eritromicina. TRATAMIENTO

5. IMPETIGO Definicion E s la enfermedad infectocontagiosa mas común en lactantes. Hay dos tipos: no ampolloso y ampolloso. Etiologia El impétigo no ampolloso es producido por S. pyogenes y se caracteriza por vesículas pequeñas que rápidamente se rompen y originan un exudado que al secarse forma costras melicéricas . El impétigo ampolloso siempre es causado por S. aureus y es el resultado de la acción de una toxina epidermolítica que genera lisis entre las conexiones intercelulares de los queratinocitos formando una ampolla flácida sobre la epidermis superficial Factores de riesgo El impétigo ampolloso predomina en lactantes menores sin predilección por sexo. Es más frecuente en estratos socio-económicos bajos, en verano, climas tropicales y en niños desnutridos. Su frecuencia es mayor cuando hay traumatismos, picaduras de insectos, dermatosis pruriginosas preexistentes, infecciones piógenas extra cutáneas y mala higiene personal Diagnostico diferencial Penfigo , dermatitis por contacto irritativa, Sifílides papulocostrosas Tiñas inflamatorias Herpes simple Dermatitis herpetiforme 01 02 03 04 Lavado de la zona. Topico : mupirocina , acido fusidico y bacitracina. X 7 días. Oral: (solo en áreas extensas o brotes epidémicos) Dicloxacilina 100mg/kg/ dia . Cefalexina 25-50mg/kg/ dia c/ 8 Amoxicilina/ ac. Clavulanico 40mg/kg/ dia c/8 h TRATAMIENTO

Ectima Definicion El ectima es una piodermitis profunda ulcerativa causada habitualmente por estreptococo betahemolítico del grupo A (Streptococcus pyogenes) Por lo general es consecuencia de un impétigo no tratado que se extiende en profundidad Factores de riesgo Las lesiones ectimatosas pueden originarse a partir de una piodermitis primaria, dentro de una dermatosis preexistente, o en puntos en los que se ha producido un traumatismo previo. Puede ocurrir en adultos 01 02 Lavado de la zona. Topico : mupirocina , acido fusidico y bacitracina. X 7 días. Oral: (solo en áreas extensas o brotes epidémicos) Dicloxacilina 100mg/kg/ dia . Cefalexina 25-50mg/kg/ dia Amoxiclav : 40mg/kg/ dia c/8 Clindamicina 15mg/kg/ dia c/8 Penicilina g procaínica 800.000 ud dia x 10 días Penicilina benzatínica 1.200.000 u c/ 8 días x 1-2 meses TRATAMIENTO

FOLICULITIS Definicion infección superficial de folículo piloso que se manifiesta por discretas pápulas o pústulas con base eritematosa. el principal agente etiológico es el S. aureus Clinica se manifiesta como discretas pápulas o vesículas de contenido purulento de 2 a 5 mm sobre una base eritematosa, y se observa un pelo en el centro de la lesión. Las lesiones pueden ser simples o agrupadas. Se ubican a nivel del cuero cabelludo, glúteos y miembros. Pueden manifestarse con prurito y generalmente no tienen síntomas sistémicos Factores de riesgo depilación, humedad, obesidad, dermatosis subyacente, alteraciones de la inmunidad, diabetes 01 02 03 Lavado de la zona. Topico : mupirocina , acido fusidico y bacitracina. X 7 días. Peroxido de benzoilo Oral: (solo en áreas extensas o brotes epidémicos) Dicloxacilina 100mg/kg/ dia . Cefalexina 25-50mg/kg/ dia c/ 8 Amoxicilina/ ac. Clavulanico 40mg/kg/ dia c/8 h TRATAMIENTO
