GENERAL INFORMATION AVATAR STEM is held to provide students with opportunities to express their understanding and passion for many subjects learned in Kharisma Bangsa Global School. This event will include project exhibition and performances. AVATAR STEM 2024 will be held on Saturday, October 12th, in the Multi Purposes Hall of Kharisma Bangsa School.

BOOTH REGULATION The projects/ activities presented in each booth are prepared by an appointed class with 3 - 4 students as the PIC (Person in Charge). Each Project booth must prepare a standing poster in the form of Trifold. Students do not need to present their project results directly or physically; instead, they are allowed and encouraged to showcase their project process and results through a video. PIC is responsible for ensuring that the project is completed and presented well during the event. Pay attention to the cleanliness and tidiness of your booth too. Please prepare adequate tools to ensure cleanliness and safety.
STANDING POSTER All poster backboards must: Be displayed in a trifold made of impraboard Have the PICs’ name and grade level on the front of the board as shown below. Stand upright and be self-supporting Not contain valuable or fragile items. Display photographs, models, or drawings (articles full of text only are not preferred).

CONTENT OF THE STANDING POSTER [RECOMMENDATION] Title: Write down something that makes your audience interested in your topic. Question: State your question clearly and explain how you got interested in it. Hypothesis: This is your guess of the answer to your question. Procedures: Tell your plan about how to test your question. Materials and Equipments: List of what you need in doing your experiment. Results: Explain about what you get during the experiment. You should include graphs, photos, and/or charts that can support your results. Conclusion: Tell whether your hypothesis was correct or not. This is also where you can explain why you got the results. Resources: List of what books, websites, or any other resources that give you ideas for your project.

HOW TO WORK ON YOUR PROJECT Your Project Title and Supervisor already distribute to each of your chosen group Check out this link: STEM AVATAR 2024 PROJECT DISTRIBUTION After deciding on the project you will work on, contact your supervisor immediately to discuss it and start working on your project. You are encouraged to find as many resources as possible. Make sure to pay attention to the required components, regulation and follow the timeline correctly. You are allowed to change your project title if necessary, but you must first discuss it with your supervisor and provide a report before making a decision Teamwork is important throughout the process, so make sure to maintain it well.
