Introduction Problem Statement Findings Recommendations (Bullet Points). Conclusion References

INTRODUCTION Teaching is made up of several components of different dimensions such as the teacher, the students, the curriculum, the teaching method and instructional materials. Therefore, teacher qualities are the different components involved in the teaching and learning of social studies; importance of learning social studies. With the above definition therefore, this study intends to investigate the impact of teacher qualities on the academic performance of junior secondary school students by using two instruments: the teachers‟ questionnaire and a paper and pencil test for the students. The major development associated with the National Policy on Education NPE (2008) is the pride of place it has given to Social Studies. The policy regards this subject as a compulsory core subject area which all students at Junior Secondary Schools cannot dispense with in their learning activities. Very importantly the policy endorsed that, the teaching of Social Studies in our Junior Secondary Schools must be seen as one of those avenues of establishing strong basis for the production of effective citizens and of foregoing a cohesive society that will support the notion of the nation building. The approaches for teaching can be broadly classified into teacher- centered and student- centered. In a teacher- centered (authoritarian) approach to learning, teachers are the main authority figure in this model. Students are viewed as "empty vessels" whose primary role is to passively receive information (via lectures and direct instruction) with an end goal of testing and assessment. It is the primary role of teachers to pass knowledge and information onto their students. In this model, teaching and assessment are viewed as two separate entities. Student learning is measured through objectively scored tests and assessments.

PROBLEM STATEMENT Teaching and learning of Subjects in Junior Secondary Schools is of colossal magnitude which this study attempts to analyze, because the National Policy on Education (NPE, 2004) identified as an integrated subject which students must undergo at Junior Secondary School level to prepare them for social science based courses at Senior Secondary Schools (S.S.S.). However , for the subject to be fully appreciated by the students and to have higher performance in the subject the researcher feels that there is a need for using teacher quality, experience and teachers attendance of workshops, seminars and conferences to measure the performance of junior secondary school students. Across the globe, governments frequently seek to raise the quality of their education and school systems. One of the key approaches in this policy work centers on the training and quality of the classroom teacher (Akiba & LeTendre, Citation2017). Indeed, there has been a growing interest in the concept of “teacher quality” globally over recent decades, with governments focusing on teacher quality as critical for pupils‟ educational success (Cochran- Smith, Citation2021; Sutton Trust, Citation2011) and improvement in teachers‟ pedagogy and practice (Akiba & LeTendre, Citation2017).

Methodology Research design This observes will use a descriptive approach, the use of a questionnaire to explain the capabilities and a correlation to gauge the critical tendency of the questionnaire's topics. This process could both use of a cross-sectional survey study design . Target population The population of this study was consisted of the staff at national schools of Somalia which has a population of almost 63 intelligence officers including top management of schools, universities and teachers. Sample Size the researcher was selected a sample size of 54 respondents in line with the formula Krejicie and Morgan. This is vital to achieve powerful answers to the shortage of fitness and the deadly collection of consequences that stand up from it.

RECOMMENDATIONS The study produced the following recommendations in light of its findings, conclusions, and outcomes: According to the research, managers of business firms should be mindful of their actions regarding soldier‟s development objectives and the amount of time they waste on basic training courses. This facilitates the professional graduates who support the expansion and growth of the business's economy. To achieve sustainable development, the research also recommends creating a strategy to advance economic productivity and reputation. To promote soldiers' training and economic growth, the government should also enact regulations regarding the subsidies offered to customers and the duration of time during which they are appropriate for program development. The study suggests raising the incentives for knowledge and brand creation as well. The country's production incentives for knowledge should be raised to bring about a more positive aspect for the coming generations.

CONCLUSION To ascertain the function of motivation in Teacher emotion at a few particular privately owned schools in Mogadishu, Benadir, and Somalia, all of the study's stated objectives were examined. The outcome of the study demonstrated exceptional quality as well, indicating that educational learning proficiency status factors play a significant influence on how well soldiers perform during job rotations in terms of production and productivity. The study's second objective had an exceptionally high mean average, indicating a high degree of agreement. Providing training and mentorship programs, ensuring excellent communication between all parties, and creating a sense of value among teachers are a few examples of attention strategies.
