The Common Body Parts of Animals and Its Function Head- It is where the mouth,the nose, ears, tongue, and teeth (if the animal has it)- are located. They use these partsfor sensing. They use the eyesfor seeing, the nose for breathing, the ears for hearing, and the tongue and if the animal has it, teeth for eating.
The Common Body Parts of Animals and Its Function Body - It is the biggest part where the internal organs are located and safeguarded. Other parts like the feet, neck, wings, tails, and fins are attached to the body. Legs-Legs are located below the body. It enables the dog to walk and run. Animals use their legs to look for food. Other animals like monkeys and horses use their legs to protect themselves.
The Special Body Parts of animals and its function. Tail- The tail of an animal is the part extending beyond the end of its body. It is used for balance and communication. Fur - It is a thick growth of hair that covers the skin of an animal. It protects them from cold and the heat of the sun
The Special Body Parts of animals and its function. Wings - These are set of special forelimbs on either side of a bird’s body and use it for flying. Beak - Beak is made of thin, hornlike material. It is used for picking up food.
