Activity: PREPARE and PRODUCE PASTRY PRDUCTS (EMPANADA) Work Immersion/OJT of the BREAD and PASTRY PRODUCTION NC-II Students of Donsol National Comprehensive High School. This Immersion will focus on the learning of the student in PREPARING and PRODUCING PASTRY PRODUCTS especially in EMPANADA making.

Activity: PREPARE and PRODUCE PASTRY PRDUCTS (EMPANADA) The teacher will conduct pre-simulation orientation to all students about the following: Safety Work Habits, Health Standard and Safety Protocols, Work Knowledge and Skills, Mese in Place, Work Attitudes, Final Product Output, and Housekeeping .

BACKGROUND/SITUATION ANALYSIS Because of the pandemic the school will conduct a homebased work immersion . Focus on the activities and individual rating sheet for each identified specification in the school. They will design their own home schedule regarding the work immersion.

OUTCOMES OF THE IMMERSION 1. Pre- Immersion - Pre – immersion phase is concerned on the basics of homebased work immersion. This will be focusing on the presentation of the value of good ethics. Safety in the workplace and how to make resume. Application letter and develop essay on how to conduct oneself during home-based work immersion. Time allotment is 10 hours .

OUTCOMES OF THE IMMERSION 2. Immersion Proper - The immersion proper is the actual demonstration of the student’s knowledge , skills, and attitude in performing certain task. This will be undertaken within 60 hours.

OUTCOMES OF THE IMMERSION 3. Post Immersion - The post immersion phase is concerned on the evaluation of the work immersion experience on the preparation of the students ‘PORTFOLIO”. This will be done within 10 hours .

portfolio A portfolio is a set of documents that will exhibit students’ efforts, progress, and achievements in the performance of their school – based work immersion activities.
