Types of Bullying 1 Physical Bullying ​ This involves hitting, kicking, tripping, or pushing a victim, as well as taking or damaging their belongings.​ 2 Verbal Bullying These are words that are used to hurt, demean, or disgrace someone such as name-calling, teasing, or insulting.​ 3 Social Bullying This type of bullying involves intentionally excluding someone from a group, spreading rumours, or ignoring the victim. 4 Relational Focuses on damaging someone's reputation or relationships​

Effects of Bullying​ 1 Mental Health May lead to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem​ 2 Academic Impact​ Victims often experience a decline in academic performance due to stress and avoidance of school.​ 3 Physical Health​ Could cause headaches, stomach aches, and sleeping difficulties​
