Case Discussion Prevalence of malarial parasitic infection in our study was found to be 0.44% Most of the case reported from rural areas of Ratlam followed by Mandsaur , Pali,Dhar,and Ujjain. Maximum prevalence between July to November This can be due to differences in geographical and climatic condition which affect mosquito breeding , socio-economic conditions of patients, knowledge about healthcare and public health practice.
Conclusion This study shows a increasing trend of malaria transmission over the years with Maximum cases recorded between rainy season To control and prevent malaria, integrated approaches are needed that improve living standards, increase access to healthcare, Vector Control measures and promote community awareness.
